Our Founder
Our founder is Alice Belcher, a dynamic Woman of God, a visionary and an advocate
for hurting and abused women and children.

"I'd tell you my testimony, but you couldn't handle my testimony."--A. Belcher
What began as one woman praying, quickly evolved into  two, then a prayer group of women praying, The Single Parent Group, later would come Bible study and a ministry of women helping women, to a non-profit non-traditional ministry for cell-church/worship and Bible study services.  That one woman who began this process is Pastor Alice Belcher.  A woman who remains passionate about holistically empowering families, women and children through the ministry of Christian Woman Perspective Ministries COGIC Inc. (CWPM) and Isaiah's Coalition for Women & Children (ICWC).

Pastor Belcher founded Christian Woman Perspective Ministries Church of God in Christ, Inc., a not-for-profit 501(c)3 church in Milwaukee, WI.  God's help, she has began again the forward journey for this ministry.  While the ministry is not for women only, and is about the building of the Kingdom of God, the ministry does however, address issues specific to women and children and their health surrounding such social ills of domestic violence, child abuse and breast cancer awareness and prevention through its community outreach program, ISAIAH'S COALITION FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN (ICWC).

Pastor Belcher is an Ordained and Licensed Evangelist of the Church of God in Christ (COGIC) for nearly 25 years.  She was  also appointed Dean of the Holy Redeemer Bible Institute in Milwaukee, WI--an adult theological training institute founded by Bishop Sedgwick Daniels, Establishmentarian and Pastor of Holy Redeemer Institutional COGIC and Jurisdictional Prelate for Southeast Wisconsin COGIC and newly appointed General Board Bishop for tCOGIC.  In the year 2000 Evangelist Belcher was Ordained and Licensed Pastor by the late Reverend H. Richard Hall Founder and Pastor of the United Christian Church & Ministerial Association in Cleveland, TN, and shortly thereafter, joined the PHIPA worldwide fellowship of pastors founded by Bishop T.D. Jakes Founder and Pastor of the Potters House in Dallas, Texas.

Pastor Belcher has donated years of her time assisting churches, ministries, individuals, women and their families.  She has also donated her time and vision in the establishing of Christian Woman Perspective Ministries Church of God in Christ (CWP Ministries) for the sole purpose of helping the people of God, assisting victims of domestic violence and abuse and advocating and educating on their behalf.  CWP Ministries honor her for her commitment to God, families, women and children.
